Our employee works for a client for a trial period during which both the employee and the client consider establishing a full-time employment relationship with the client.
Long Term and Strategic Staffing
We recruit and assign employees to support or supplement a client’s work force. We become part of our client’s strategic plan to avoid ongoing problems associated with interviewing and hiring challenges, market instability, and seasonal workforce fluctuations.
We provide consulting and/or highly-skilled employees on a contract basis for special projects or specific industry related work.
Direct Placement Services
We source qualified candidates and match their qualifications to meet client’s full-time position needs.
Payroll Only Staffing
Client refers employees to Lyons HR. We provide background check, and assume all payroll tax burdens and related workers’ compensation expense.
Vendor on Premises / On-Site Manager:
Lyons HR provides on-site management and supervision of all temporary or contract employees day-to-day HR functions to include: recruiting, time reporting, orientation, safety training, disciplinary action, accident investigation, and employment practices liability issues.
Managed Service Provider (MSP)
As a Managed Service Provider, Lyons HR becomes an on-site supplier hired to control costs and make the staffing procurement process more efficient. We manage all aspects of a client’s temporary and/or contract staffing vendors, including: the selection of staffing firms, consolidation of staffing firm invoices, labor reporting, and the day-to-day point of contact for labor procurement.
