Our Story

Lyons HR was founded in 1995 as a staffing company, adding HR Outsourcing services in 2008. Our corporate headquarters is in Florence, Alabama with eight staffing offices in Alabama and five HR Outsourcing offices located in AL, TN, NC and MS. We provide comprehensive HR solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

Our services include payroll and tax administration, employee benefits, HR consulting, regulatory compliance, risk management, staffing and recruiting.

We are committed to making our clients more efficient and profitable and keep ourselves accountable by setting and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) for our services.
